New Albea has a variety of modern processes and machines for the qualification and measurement of components. Firstly, the use of a Video Check IP, a Werth 3D coordinates measuring machine, enables us to achieve the optical and tactile three-dimensional measurement of components. In addition, the known and proven use of computer tomography, from the medical sector, is also employed.

Our employees are able to access an unchangeable volume of data about the components, which even many years later is able to reproduce the actual condition at the time at which the tomography was taken.

The CT enables the non-destructive measurement of complicated geometries as well as fast evaluation through false colour representation of the deviation from the nominal state within the total volume of the component.
