High pressure moulding represents a multitude of new possibilities for the design and decoration of plastic components as well as maximum position and form accuracy.

By comparison to thermoforming, the substrate is only heated to the glass transmission temperature, as a result the surface structures are retained and printed motifs remain at the required position.

Another process used within the company is that of thermoforming. For this, the foil is almost heated to the thermal state. The soft, flexible foil is drawn on a specially produced moulding die.
