Your vocational training at New Albea Kunststofftechnik
We invest in the qualified vocational training of young people. We’d like to meet you if you are willing to learn, are reliable, have a sense of responsibility and have teamwork skills.

Since 2010, we maintain an active educational partnership with the Geroldsecker Bildungszentrum in Seelbach. Enabling young people to have a good start in their vocational careers, assisting them in selecting the right vocation, showing them what they can expect in their vocational careers, is becoming increasingly important for us, as a company. This cooperation brings the students closer through practical experience with the diversity of the vocational world and as an orientation for selecting a vocation. A number of activities are listed in the agreement: Internships, factory visits or tours, tuition within companies. Occasionally our employees visit the college and talk on site about their everyday work and the possibilities that the individual vocations provide.

Most recently, we have made close contact with our cooperating partner, the Freiburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce in France.

New Albea is participating in the “cross-border training” project for the trainee vocation of a process mechanic. Initial talks have already taken place with a participating college in France, so as to discuss the correct procedure and possibilities. From the end of 2016 / beginning of 2017, students are to be offered the possibility of completing longer practical courses at our company. The objective is to find trainees and applicants on the French labour market and to promote transnational communications.
